Icons for signage within the museum

We were asked by the Van Gogh Museum to create a series of icons for the signage in the building. Important in this assignment was the development of a style and form language which associates well with the Gerrit Rietveld architecture of the main building and the Kurokama wing and is also well recognizable for an international public.
